NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Admit Card has been officially released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on its official website nta.ac.in. All candidates who are appearing in the undergraduate medical entrance re-examination can now download their hall ticket directly from the portal. The NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam is scheduled to be held on 21 June 2026. To download the admit card, candidates need to login using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth. How to Download NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Admit Card
Visit the official NTA NEET website neet.nta.nic.in or click the direct download link given below.
Click on the "NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Admit Card" link on the homepage.
Enter your Application Number / Enrollment Number / Registration Number.
Enter your Password or Date of Birth and Security Pin.
Click on the Login / Submit button.
Your NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Admit Card will appear on the screen.
Check all details carefully — Name, Roll Number, Exam Date, Exam City & Centre.
Click Download / Print and save it for future reference.

Note: Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam centre.
NEET UG 2026 Admit Card – Forgot Password / Login Problem
If you are unable to login to download your admit card, follow these steps:
Go to the official NEET portal neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Enter your Application Number / Enrollment Number.
Enter your registered Email ID or Mobile Number.
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Enter the OTP and set a New Password.
Login again using your new password and download your admit card.
